Abstract

The present article examines the relationship between the two fundamental elements of power and justice during the governance of Imam Mahdi and seeks to answer the question of how the concept of transcendence serves as a basis and strategy in establishing justice and distributing power during the era of Imam Mahdi's governance. Focusing on this concept allows for distinguishing and differentiating the categories of power and justice in Imam Mahdi’s governance from other forms of governance. It posits that, during his governance, power will be employed in the service of justice. The manner in which power is utilized by justice is determined within the realm of transcendence. Moreover, the unique aspect of transcendent justice, as opposed to conventional justice, is the emphasis on human dignity, which forms the foundation of transcendent justice. This research uses a descriptive-analytical method, drawing on Quranic verses and Hadiths, to explore the components of political, security, judicial, economic, and cultural justice, presenting each as pillars of transcendent justice.
