Dealing with deviant Mahdism movements in accordance with Islamic principles is a challenging issue due to their great diversity. To address this challenge, it is essential to carry out a comprehensive and inclusive jurisprudential subject identification. Without this, it is impossible to properly identify the types of subjects and the jurisprudential categories and issues that apply to them. Therefore, this paper aims to establish a comprehensive methodology for the jurisprudential subject identification of deviant Mahdism movements, focusing on how and in what stages this identification process should be carried out. The need for this study stems from the necessity of responding to and understanding the jurisprudential issues related to confronting deviant Mahdism movements. The research method is descriptive-analytical, conducted in accordance with jurisprudential authenticity and credibility, based on common social understanding. The goal of this research is to guide the discovery of comprehensive jurisprudential issues concerning deviant Mahdism movements so that subsequent jurisprudential research on this topic can be comprehensive and all-encompassing. The novelty of this article lies in presenting a comprehensive analytical method based on the three existential dimensions of each subject, through which each movement is analyzed according to its founding objectives, content, constituent elements, and outcomes, allowing for the identification of its relevant jurisprudential titles and rulings.
