This order constitutes a transcendent system encompassing all dimensions of human existence. Among the most vital and complex domains of this system is its political configuration. A critical aspect of political systems is "efficiency," which plays a foundational role in societal management; without it, even the noblest objectives fail to achieve practical realization. To understand this phenomenon, a four-level scientific model for analyzing political systems—comprising the levels of thought, structure, agent, and behavior—can be employed. Within this framework, the structural level occupies a privileged position, as it assumes the role of regulating and organizing various elements. In essence, it is the structure that determines how ideas are transformed into behavior and how agents can perform their duties with minimal energy loss and maximum productivity. Accordingly, this research investigates the structural efficiency of the Mahdist political system through a descriptive-analytical methodology. The findings of this study demonstrate the structural efficiency of the Mahdist political system in two dimensions: governance structure and governance instruments. In the first dimension, the research reveals that the Mahdist political structure rests upon four main pillars, the harmony of which guarantees the stability of the regime: the People (as the subject and primary objective of governance), the Land (as the geographical and sovereign landscape where the political order is implemented), the Government (as the essence and general form of managing societal affairs), and Sovereignty (as the legitimate, divine power that exercises control and guidance over these elements). In the second dimension, the governance instruments of this structure are elucidated, which include mechanisms such as the utilization of science and technology, the employment of specialized administrators, the application of collective wisdom (shura), reliance on expert consultative groups, cultural engineering, and the enactment of taxation laws and regulations. عصر ظهور که عصر تجلی نهایی و عملی حاکمیت خداوند روی زمین است، به حکم عقل و نقل، از یک نظم و نظام بسیار دقیق و منسجم برخوردار است. این نظم، یک نظام متعالی است که تمام ابعاد حیات بشری را در بر می‌گیرد. از حیاتی‌ترین و پیچیده‌ترین ساحت‌های این نظام، نظام سیاسی است. از مقوله‌های مهم در بحث نظام سیاسی، مسئلۀ کارآمدی است که در مدیریت یک جامعه، نقشی بنیادین دارد؛ زیرا بدون کارآمدی، حتی شریف‌ترین اهداف نیز در عمل به نتیجه نمی‌رسند. برای درک این موضوع، می‌توان از یک مدل علمی چهارسطحی برای تحلیل نظام‌های سیاسی استفاده کرد که مشتمل بر سطوح فکر، ساختار، کارگزار و رفتار است. در این میان، سطح ساختار جایگاهی ویژه دارد؛ زیرا ساختار، نقش تنظیم‌کننده و سازمان‌دهندۀ عناصر مختلف را بر عهده دارد. در واقع، ساختار است که تعیین می‌کند چگونه فکرها به رفتار تبدیل شوند و چگونه کارگزاران بتوانند فعالیت‌های خود را با کمترین اتلاف انرژی و بیشترین بهره‌وری انجام دهند. براین‌اساس، این پژوهش، کارآمدی ساختاری نظام سیاسی مهدوی را با روش توصیفی - تحلیلی مورد واکاوی دقیق قرار داده است. دستاورد و خروجی این پژوهش، اثبات کارآمدی ساختاری نظام سیاسی مهدوی در دو محور ساختار حاکمیتی و ابزارهای حاکمیتی است. در محور نخست، پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که ساختار سیاسی مهدوی بر چهار رکن اصلی استوار است که هماهنگی میان آن‌ها، ثبات حاکمیت را تضمین می‌کند: مردم (به‌مثابۀ سوژه و هدف اصلی حاکمیت)، سرزمین (به‌مثابۀ بستر جغرافیایی و حاکمیتی که نظم سیاسی در آن اعمال می‌شود)، حکومت (به‌مثابۀ ماهیت و شکل کلی مدیریت امور جامعه) و حاکمیت (به‌مثابۀ قدرت مشروع و الهی که بر این عناصر تسلط و هدایت دارد). در محور دوم، ابزارهای حاکمیتی این ساختار تبیین شده که شامل ابزارهایی نظیر بهره‌گیری از علم و فناوری، به‌کارگیری مدیران متخصص، استفاده از خرد جمعی، تکیه بر کارشناسی‌های گروه‌های مشورتی، فرهنگ‌سازی و تصویب قوانین و مقررات مالیاتی است. https://jm.isca.ac.ir/article_80136_7abb4bb36f099aa2bb1141b795bcfa75.pdf
